Librarians at the Market!

Join the librarians for a fun kick off to the summer library program with a visit to the Lodi Valley Farmer's Market from 2 pm to 6 pm Friday, June 1

You can register for the summer library program (if you haven't already) and there will be a fun craft project. Plus, ask a librarian for a book recommendation!

Traveling Talent Show #1

Good Samaritan Society, 700 Clark Street

Join us for episode #1 of the Traveling Talent Show, beginning at 2 pm on Thursday, May 31 at the Good Samaritan Society in Lodi.

We’re inviting local performers to show us their best in a series of performances at the local senior living facilities. But every act needs an audience, and everyone is invited to attend to marvel at the performances and clap your hands off! Let’s show our support!

Maker's Matinee - movie and a craft

Monday, June 4, 2018 - 2:00pm to 4:00pm

Watch a movie and build something with your hands in our Maker's Matinee series at the library Monday, June 4 beginning at 2 pm.

We'll be watching Sing. Dapper Koala Buster Moon presides over a once-grand theater that has fallen on hard times. Facing the crumbling of his life's ambition, he takes one final chance to restore his fading jewel to its former glory by producing the world's greatest singing competition.

Musician Tom Kastle in concert

Tuesday, June 5, 2018 - 2:00pm to 3:00pm
Where: 
Habermann Park, Lodi

We're super excited to announce a live, interactive musical program for all ages. Tom Kastle will be performing at 2 pm Tuesday, June 5 in Habermann Park.

Explore the rhythm and rhyme of a true American art form: rock music. This program will include a jam using open-tuned guitars for a couple participants to play!

Tom has visited us in Lodi before and it's always a great time - you do not want to miss this program. 

Story time with Susie the duck at Frannie's Franks

Frannie's Franks, 101 N Main St, Lodi

Join the library and the Lodi & Lake Wisconsin Chamber of Commerce for a fun Story Time with Susie the Duck session at 4:30 pm Thursday, June 7 at Frannie's Franks in Lodi.

This joint project, held once a month, brings fun for all kids and parents when a member of chamber reads a great story while your little one and Susie listen on, with Miss Kristine adding her special storytime flair. Every month a new location in Lodi will be announced for the next reading.

Great Wiggly Worm Race

Saturday, June 9, 2018 - 9:30am to 10:30am

A DO NOT MISS EVENT ...  beginning at 9:30 am on Saturday, June 9 at the library, rain or shine! 

This is our 14th annual Great Wiggly Worm Race, if you can believe it. Kids work in teams to coach their athletes on to greatness. It’s just sooo much fun!

We’ll provide the trained racing worms — you provide the enthusiasm!

Put on your listening ears and get ready to play a sound game! This time for Afternoon Adventures we'll be identifying sounds and songs in a special edition of Name That Tune.

The fun begins at 2 pm on Tuesday, June 12 at the library.
